Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase Options
One-Time Purchases
Customers may purchase products as a single, one-time order.
Full payment is collected at checkout.
Subscription / Auto-Delivery (If Applicable)
For products available on a recurring basis, customers can choose:

Delivery every 30 / 60 / 90 days

Discounted subscription pricing (if offered)

Automatic payment on each renewal date
Customers will receive an email notification before each renewal charge.
If you do not offer subscriptions, tell me and I will remove this section.
2. Modifying or Canceling an Order
Canceling a One-Time Order
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel or modify a subscription at any time by:

Logging into their Mezella account, or

Contacting us at info@mezella.com
Subscription cancellation rules:

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Changes in frequency or product type take effect on the next cycle.

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
4. Failed Payment or Billing Issues
If a recurring payment fails:

The system will retry billing up to 3 times.

The subscription may be paused or canceled if payment is not updated.

Customers will receive an email notification to update their payment method.
5. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
If a product is unavailable after purchase:

You will be notified immediately.

You may choose a replacement, wait for restock, or receive a full refund.
6. Changes to Purchase Options
Mezella may update pricing, discounts, or subscription terms at any time.
Customers with active subscriptions will be notified before changes take effect.
