Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mezella. We want you to love your skincare products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mezella.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mezella.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or sale items marked “Final Sale”


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
