Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Mezella is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mezella.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

At this time, Mezella only ships within the United States. We look forward to expanding international shipping options soon.
